MP3 Download
Problem, Still a great fan of Virtuosa. Itunes just looks like an uninteresting list. However I have now ripped 25GB music from my CD'S and I'm beginning to download. Have downloaded bits and pieces from what was MYCOKEMUSIC (they have now jumped ship) but I cannot play them on my IPOD (a gift, I wouldnt have bought it). I use tunebite to strip the drm only to use the mp3's on a video editing program and in all fairness although tune bite is fine it is a little slow for anything other than single songs. Itunes downloads will not play on virtuosa. Bottom line , I want my virtuosa, can I download (legally) songs from anywhere that will play on the ipod and virtuosa.
Would really appreciate help ta Si |

Oh SiD,
believe me, we would like this too and I personally called and emailed Apple millions of times. The bottom line is that Apple does not want to license its file format nor its iPod driver to anybody. ;-( So, either we reverse-engineer it and face a legal battle or we wait that finally they embrace the future openly... Best,

Dear Giac, you are a great advocate for us all. What I might do is just get another Mp3 player and frame the ipod as the pretty but pointless thing that it is Si
